Reese was the best receptionist. She was so inviting and helpful, fast and efficient. I walking in and she directed me right over even standing up and walking over to me to ask questions and coping my paperwork. Not everyone goes above and beyond what their job responsibilities are and I can tell she does this genuinely. Thank you!

I have been going to this office on and off since I was a teenager. Was a bit nervous about new ownership but so far everyone has been very helpful! Amber went above and beyond to make help me with the insurance regarding my daughters global ref, plus she has a great personality! The ladies at the front are hilarious and also very resourceful. So far very happy with the change, especially because my doctor Kate is still a doctor there:)

Have had a great experience with EPIC. The NP Allen has been very kind and helpful and has taken great care of me. All of the rest of the staff are very nice. Highly recommend EPIC to anyone!
