Strategic Operations assists the EMT & SMT in the development, planning and execution of EPIC strategies.  Full project management with a specific focus on operations and Lean tools, in the clinical setting.

Growth

• Execution of growth strategies that includes acquisitions of new offices
• Negotiate and coordinate with external vendors for a defined approach to projects

Communication

• Educates the Gemba system, and performs regular reviews to identify areas of improvement
• Improvement of process flow in current offices
• Develops and manages detailed project plans for clear communication and expectations
