We are so close to launching our very own EPIC Patient App, designed with you in mind!  From within the NEW app, you will be able to:

• Schedule your own appointments
• Make changes to future appointments
• Review past appointments
• View lab and procedure results
• Review and update your demographic information
• Update your pharmacy information
• Request refills of medications
• Message your provider with questions or concerns
