Rules

  • Friends and/or Family that are referred are not eligible if they have been seen by an EPIC Primary Care physician in the past 3 years.
  • Friends and/or Family member must return referral card filled out.
  • Each month Top referrer (individual who referred the most friends or family within a month) will be given a special prize.
  • Prizes will be handed out or mailed monthly to individuals who refer:
    • 1-3 Friends or Family: EPIC swag, EPIC T-shirt and $25 gift card
    • 4-6 Friends or Family: EPIC gift bag, blanket, water bottle and $50 gift card
    • 7-10 Friends or Family: $100 gift card

Reese was the best receptionist. She was so inviting and helpful, fast and efficient. I walking in and she directed me right over even standing up and walking over to me to ask questions and coping my paperwork. I have been going to this office on and off since I was a teenager. Was a bit nervous about new ownership but so far everyone has been very helpful! Amber went above and beyond to make help me with the insurance regarding my daughters global ref, plus she has a great personality! The ladies at the front are hilarious and also very resourceful. So far very happy with the change, especially because my doctor Kate is still a doctor there:)

Have had a great experience with EPIC. The NP Allen has been very kind and helpful and has taken great care of me. All of the rest of the staff are very nice. Highly recommend EPIC to anyone!
